Outsourcing Happiness?

Cloud ReflectionToday is a good day to account for the things we are doing to promote our own happiness.  The more you do to pursue, nurture, and maintain your own happiness, the less likely you are to attempt to shift to others (consciously or subconsciously) part of that burden.  The more energy we expend in working towards our own happiness, and learning to sustain it independently of others, the lighter and more beautiful our friendships and relationships can become.   Being the owner of your own happiness is a gift to all who enter your life.
